Sometimes you just can’t get to the phone and if it is an important business call coming from a client or customer, you want to make sure and greet them in a manner that shows them you are concerned about missing the call.
These types of voicemail greetings are extremely important as it may be the first time someone is calling your company, or even returning clients. Be empathetic, assure them that you will be returning their call as soon as you can. Ask them to leave you the information that will help you get back to them easily. Their phone number, a quick message with the details of the call are always helpful.
Then assure them that you will be calling them back at soonest time you can.
***PLEASE NOTE: There is a tone on the demos for watermarking, your final greeting will be delivered in clear wav and mp3 files without tones
